Heart and Soul Meets Real Estate

This slogan of the well-known real estate company KW AG based in Munich, Germany, summarises perfectly what the people working there aspire to accomplish day by day – help clients realise real estate dreams by supporting them to the best of their abilities, by putting their heart and soul into everything they do. Because the team of KW AG live and breathe real estates. And this should be reflected in their new digital platform as well.

As a first step of their joint digital journey, SCOOP & SPOON gladly faced this challenge head-on and launched KW AG’s new platform in a brand-new design and character, with KW AG’s recent realignment in mind and more new functionalities and digital solutions to follow.

YOUR SEARCH.

Visitors can directly search online for the real estate of their dreams via the search engine provided on KW AG’s new website. Filters allow for a personalised search for rental or sales objects, new-building or existing apartments, properties, furnished or unfurnished objects or student living opportunities. The engine also provides even more detailed filter options (floor level, rooms, maximum price), making it equal to traditional websites offering living advertisements.

We connected the new digital platform with KW AG’s ERP system (SCRAT). This way, the dynamic parts of the page – designed to look like info cards – are automatically filled with information to all available real estate objects with as little additional effort needed from the KW AG employees as possible. This also includes enquiries that are directly connected to the ERP system.

KW AG was looking for a way to stand out from generic real estate agencies with a new online presence to market their objects and services directly using their own web platform. In addition to sales and rental services, the company offers several management and consulting services tailor-made for customer needs, which demands highly optimised efficiency in their digital business processes. This is what we set out to realise with our project.

To contact KW AG with only one click, visitors can easily fill in the contact form provided on the platform. It can be found at any given time on the right-hand corner and offers two forms of feedback options for interested parties (mail or phone). An employee of KW AG will contact them in return, making this first act of communication as easy and comfortable as possible.

A JOINT
DIGITAL JOURNEY.

The new platform has a number of unique functionalities, but we’re far from done with the project: launching the website was but the first step on the journey that SCOOP & SPOON and KW AG will take together. In further development phases, we plan to extend the functionality of the platform. For example, we will enable more targeted marketing communication with the customers, increase automation of business processes and implement more advanced information displays (e.g. 3D views of real estates).
