The idea of the SCOOP 360° Events Platform for the Austrian National Tourist Office is to initiate digital excellence, which creates a new form to market the brand Austria. The platform is emotionally appealing, accessible to a broad audience from all over the world – regardless of an event location, and it enables exhibitors and buyers to connect with Austria’s Tourism Industry, while at the same time experience Austria and get to know its culture, landscape, cuisine, and people.

In continuation to create an outstanding user experience, the existing platform is updated and extended with SaaS Modules SCOOP Recommendation and SCOOP Search to continue to improve the usability. Also, all existing templates were redesigned and updated with the latest modules.

Definition of the visual look and feel, set up of the system architecture including intelligence to allow an equally sized “digital space” for each exhibitor.

After the successful use of the SCOOP 360° platform in 2020, the existing platform was adapted and further extended with intelligent Software as a Service modules: “SCOOP Recommendations” and “SCOOP Search”. The platform serves B2B, as well as B2C, with the goals of presenting tourism offers, networking with other event participants, and providing information on trends and currently relevant topics.
